Inquiry Outcome

On Wednesday 24th March 2021, the Minister for Economy and Transport published his recommendation along with the Inspector’s Recommendation. Both documents can be found below.

Pre-Inquiry Meeting

The purpose of the Pre-Inquiry Meeting is mainly to discuss the practical arrangements for the Inquiry, and to help all interested parties to prepare for the Inquiry.

Those who intend to appear at the Public Inquiry are invited to attend the Pre-Inquiry Meeting, and they will find it helpful to do so.

The Pre-Inquiry Meeting affords the Inspector the opportunity to prepare a programme for the Inquiry by identifying who wishes to take part and how long their evidence may take.

Public Local Inquiry

The Public Local Inquiry (PLI) is scheduled to start on Tuesday 10 March 2020. Details can be found below about the published documents, programme, and the venue.
